QSI International School of Malta (QISM) believes that every child arrives eager to learn. Our foremost responsibility is to nurture and sustain this enthusiasm. Our pedagogical approach is rooted in the Mastery Learning philosophy. This means we regularly assess your child's academic progress throughout each unit of study, allowing us to customize the learning experience and optimize the time spent on mastering new concepts. Moving away from relying only on the traditional model of single, time-bound exams, we include various performance and project-based assessments. This enables students to demonstrate their understanding in collaboration with their teachers. Our teachers are always ready to provide the necessary support, whether your child needs extra guidance for a presentation or more time for a lab report. Students who master concepts quickly are encouraged to explore additional study units, ensuring that every student is both challenged and supported in their educational journey with the QSI curriculum.
At QSI International School of Malta, we believe in teaching the whole child. This is achieved through the implementation of QSI’s Success Orientations, which include Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Concern for Others, Kindness and Politeness, Group Interaction, Aesthetic Appreciation, and Independent Endeavour. These values are integrated into all student activities, with feedback provided to students and parents five times a year on their application in school life via the school’s Status Reports. This focus on Success Orientations not only contributes to a successful tenure at QSI International School of Malta but also prepares students for life beyond our campus.

Our student body represents over 40 nationalities, with nearly as many languages spoken at home.
